Very Slow. Took 4 hours for "express lane" Was told 2 hours when I arrived. Tried to use the chat feature on the website but it was worthless. He just wanted my name, phone number and email so he could add it to the marketing list. Would not answer how long of wait it would be before I left the house. I would not go there if not for the warranty forever.

They tell me my radiator is leaking and I need a new radiator and that my hose is leaking as well and I picked it up and checked it myself and nothing is leaking and drove it over an hour home still no leaking and it went in for a ticking when the engine is cold but they couldn't find anything there

Showed up promptly at my appointment time, nobody came out. Finally someone came out and greeted another car who came in after me. When service was complete again nobody called my name, had to ask an advisor who eventually found my paperwork underneath a stack of other papers. 3rd time and my oil change reminder wasn't reset.

Matt needs a raise! That dude always makes sure I am taken care of. I have an extra car, so I never need a rental, but I know he would find a way if I needed one. They spent lots of time on my truck as I always like keeping it running good, but it is a Ram TREX, so I drive the maximum out of it, so it does need service every couple of months.

Very courteous and professional. Service was proficient and timely. I will definitely be back here versus any maintenance shop. I feel service is on par with Infiniti and Audi. Only difference is they provide loaner cars during service. But what brings me back is the people skills.

The actual car service was very poor in that they held my car for one week fumbling over the "Warranty Forever" details when in when the Warranty Forever had already been void. On top of that, a windshield washer was stolen off my vehicle while in their parking lot and my vehicel was absolutely trashed on the outside. Filthy.

They don't acknowledge you when you walk you. I was totally ignored for about 20 minutes. Service there was really slow, it was like they didn't care at all. I do not recommend this place. I will not come back. Horrible customer experience.
