Even though the service department was busy, they were able to get me in and out in a more than reasonable time for my oil and tire rotation. The service staff is ALWAYS helpful AND Friendly!! I don't trust many people with my vehicle, and Phillips Chevy in Frankfort will always be on that list.

My check engine light was on so I went to get them to reveal why it was on. There is a faulty part just above the gas fueling inlet. It will cause me to fail my emissions test and also keep me from getting a new license tag. It will not affect my ability to drive safely. The cost is $1400 now and maybe more in the Spring when I will HAVE to get it done. That is just ridiculous.
