No real photos. When asked about photos and availability, was given the runaround. Almost a week later and nothing. It's like they want to bait you to come in, knowing the advertised vehicle is not there.

It was not as good as I had hoped . Will take my business elsewhere. Doug in service department was helpful but I need to have my airbag indicator reset after your service department worked on my vehicle. Also your finance department has not help me resolve a monthly payment issue with Kia Finance.

Scheduling my appointment is always very easy. When I arrive I never have to wait - my vehicle is taken in immediately while I check in with the service advisor. I'm always kept informed of the status of my vehicle, and it never takes longer than estimated. Everyone at the dealership is kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Friendly and professional service through the entire check-in and check-out process.. All questions were answered and repairs were explained in detail before any work was done.. Service department provided phone updates during the repair process and work was completed within their time estimate. Thanks to everyone involved for their help.

Went in for tire changed and alignment. The service took just over two hours and I was kept up to date of when it would be finished. There is a good size waiting area, so it wasn't a big deal hanging out for a few hours. They asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and that was a nice touch.

They were efficient they finished in the time. They said they would, they did recommend. I think every fluid in the car to be replaced and the air filters. I was just there for an oil change so it wasn't prepared for the expense. I had to reschedule for the other items. All were Friendly.

Set my appointment pulled up went inside I decided not to wait but got a call when the car was ready whipped up there went inside grab my keys and off i went. It happen just like that I love Kia service. I had a Kia before this one and the same service in and out yay!!!!

Tire rotation not done but charged, cabin air filter cover not replaced back on and fell unto floor next day, empty dirty soda bottle left in center console cup holder - not mine and front passenger seat not returned to original position. Second time that my tire rotation was not done and I was being charged at this dealership.

Great! I had an oil change and cabin filters replaced before traveling this summer. Upon returning I scheduled a visit to complete my 30,000 mile service. Doug had me set up as soon as I arrived, provided a ride home and a pick-up when work completed. As always, Daytona KIA provides quality service with a personal touch.
