I like the fact that even though I went to get my tires serviced for a rotation, they still let me know the different other things I could have gotten done for my car as well and the prices of how much they would be if I were to get them done on that day.

I am always satisfied with my service at Davis Toyota. They always get me in promptly and return the car even earlier than estimated. The Reps are always on point. They are polite, professional and really understand what the car repair entails. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the cost of the repairs. It just seems to be so expensive these days. It would be nice to have some discounts sometimes for being a long time customer.

Shalanda has to be the absolute best service advisor EVER! If you leave there and not understand what was done to your vehicle, it's because you weren't listening to her. The mechanics did a great job with my truck and even put my seat back on my settings. Highly recommend them.

Great department. Never been beyond the service desk but occasionally the techs will come directly to you and make recommendations and suggest was urgent and what can wait. Other service centers have made me feel like my car will fall apart the minute I leave the lot if I don't have their services immediately. So far I have a good level confidence in Davis Toyota's service department.

Excellent communication with the service department about my vehicle and very easy to schedule an appointment to have your vehicle serviced. Nice big showroom for you to wait while your vehicle is serviced. Coffee and snacks are available for you while you wait. Clean sitting area and restrooms are available for you. Would definitely recommend you get your vehicle serviced here if you're in town.
