It was okay. I don't appreciate being pressured to buy a car but that's what car salesmen do. I had to buy a car so I bought the car. I will say the salesmen were patient with me and my indecision. I was told the new car would be filled with gas before I left but it wasn't. I didn't notice it until I was miles away from the dealership.

The tire pressure light appeared on my dashboard, so I took my CX5 to Davis Moore Mazda for service. Tangela immediately looked after getting the car into service and a screw had punctured a tire. The Davis Moore Service Department sets the standard for service excellence. The video provided by the service technician is genius and much appreciated.

love the way everything is checked and a video of the checkup is provided. I asked that the windshield be washed inside and out. I struggle with getting the windshield clean and I found they did a pretty good job. It's difficult to see all the smudges sometimes and some of the bug goo is hard to get off. I'd give a 95% on the windshield and 100% on the rest of the service.

$1000.00 to fix a leaky Freon line to the rear AC unit. Was less expensive than buying a Mazda. It's only been a few days since service but the AC is cold again. Hopefully the service will give 20 years more service for my 2005 MPV with 154,000 miles.

I loved it but I wish that they explained. My vehicle, a little bit more, instead of just changing what I was telling that and show me how to operate it when it comes to that touchscreen or Digital dashboard, I don't understand it that well, and I need more assistance. And I know they don't have time

Service Manager Russ and his team got our car's AC fixed quickly. Luckily it was still under warranty and we got the car back the same day. Very professional and great communication throughout. They even sent a video of the diagnostic process to give us an idea of what's going on. Very pleased with the great service.
