They patched the slow leak in the tire. However, without asking, they recalibrated the sensors and since one is bad, this made all non-functional! On my previous visit, I had been told this would happen so I chose not to have the sensors recalibrated.

Received wrong part so was a delay. Don't know whose fault but they were very apologetic, HD the correct one overnighter. Did erything possible to get it corrected. I had no problem with this. Mistakes happen and they did everything they could to get it corrected a quickly as possible.

Dropped off truck for oil change and tire rotation. Shop called later in the morning advising work was completed and ready for pickup. Once home I had noticed lug nuts had not been removed and upon further inspectionn noticed black oil dripping from the oil filter and black oil on the dip stick. I will not be using Davis Moore's service department for any more servicing needs.

He offered to put the truck back on a lift to see if they could see the dripping oil, but you refused.
