Poor service. Techs think you're stupid. They are demeaning, and they could probably care less if you're a customer or not. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My "Tow" mode is not engaging, so I asked if they could take a look. Maybe offer a courtesy check while they are under the hood to see if it's a simple fix like a fuse or not. If it's more, then I'd have to schedule a diagnostic, no big deal. While I will admit I was 8 mins late for my 2:30 appt, I waited until 4:26pm for my vehicle to be completed. We'll just call it 1:50 that I waited for an oil change and tire rotation. with an appointment. No special filters, no special air, no tire balance. Just an oil change and rotation. When they called me to the back, I asked if they found the issue with the Tow Mode or if I have to schedule a new appointment, nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. Seems like par for the course, they don't care about the customers or their questions. I'm rushed to sign the forms since it's now 430 on a Friday and they want to get out of there. I drive away and noticed my radio station was changed, the volume was higher than what I left it, my seat was moved, and 4.5 miles was driven on my vehicle since I dropped it off. 2 mins down the road I enter the interstate and get up to 65 mph and my vehicle starts shaking and pulling to the left. I get off at the next exit and call the service dept who seems to care less since they told me to just drive it right back. I ask who's responsible if a wheel falls off or I get into an accident. The silence I received was the answer. "Sir, our service manager is on vacation in Florida right now, and there's nothing we can do for you." Again another demonstration of poor customer service. I demand to speak to someone who can make an immediate decision on what to do with my vehicle. It's eventually towed back the next day and I'm given a loaner. Sales manager , since service manager was in Florida, can't seem to answer why channels and volumes are changed. Or why miles were added. He says "maybe they were checking your tires?" For what? Don't they check that in the service bay with a torque wrench and a tire pressure gauge? Or the TPMS in the vehicle? He couldn't say, just that service would have to answer those questions. Monday afternoon I received a call that everything is good to go. No more shaking, no more pulling, etc...but they can still do a road balance service for $69 or $89, don't actually remember....or care. I pick up my vehicle and go home. They were correct, the shake is now gone and the alignment is fine. What was probably just a simple mistake like not tightening every bolt and ensuring they were torqued to specifications could have led to an accident on the interstate. Who cares right? I'm not a paying customer. My services were included in the purchase of my vehicle. Again nobody could answer my questions to why volumes and channels were changed. I got ignored. The desk guy didn't even know what was going on with my vehicle. Had to go behind the wall to talk to someone 3 times before eventually handing me my key and I was on my way.

Regarding the mileage, we did add approximately 4 miles to your vehicle. As part of our process, we perform short test drives before and after service to confirm everything is operating correctly and to check for any additional safety concerns as a courtesy. We are glad that nothing further was found wrong with your vehicle. We also apologize if your radio station or volume settings were changed during service. That is not part of our process, and we will be bringing this to management's attention as well. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. Friendly customer service. Mentioned a weird noise when I arrived. Service dept could not hear the sound. I drive away and hear it 5 seconds later. They are now closed. I call back and I'm told they Will charge $169 to diagnose whether they find the problem or not. No courtesy check. If it's a covered part under warranty, then no cost to me. If it's not covered by warranty, I pay them $169 to listen for 30 seconds. Plus whatever part they deem as broken

As part of our standard policy, we always inform customers upfront about the potential for a diagnostic fee when an issue is not immediately apparent and may not be covered under warranty. This is to ensure transparency and avoid any surprises. If the concern is determined to be related to a warranty-covered component, the diagnostic charge is waived entirely. That said, we absolutely understand how frustrating it can be when an intermittent issue isn't caught during your initial visit, and we'd still like the opportunity to make things right.
