Had our car for 22 days for an air conditioning issue. First technician did more damage to our car during the initial repair. Second technician who was their master technician had to get the owner Ms Nix involved to restore/ repair what was damaged by the first technician. The front end guys are used car salesman's let the customer beware of this place!

We appreciate you bringing your Toyota Avalon in so we could evaluate the AC concern. When we checked your system, we didn't find any obvious leaks or damage, but as we explained, refrigerant leaks often evaporate without leaving visible residue. That's why we recommended recharging the system and adding a blacklight dye this makes any leak easy to pinpoint and repair, like a neon sign showing exactly where the problem is.
We understand it can be frustrating to wait, and we do our best to look at vehicles as quickly as possible. The past couple of months have been extremely busy, which has sometimes meant next-day evaluations instead of our usual same-day turnaround.
Just to clarify, we're a full-service repair facility we handle everything from oil changes and inspections to complete engine and transmission repairs and replacements. If you decide to move forward with repairs in the future, we'd be glad to help get your Avalon's AC working the way it should.

Very misleading with the price. Shows that baseline inspection is free but then when you decide not to move forward with them because of their high prices, they charge you.

We tell every single customer that we do charge to diagnose the vehicle but if they decide to move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived. The reason we charge a diagnostic fee is to pay the technician for the time they took to diagnose your vehicle. You gave us permission to perform tests on your vehicle, then declined to repair your vehicle. The technician spent hours with your vehicle and nobody wants to work for free. So we charged you for the diagnostic time that you agreed to pay.
I understand that we are not the cheapest shop in town, but we strive to be the best. We offer two different warranties. One being a 3 year nationwide warranty, and another being a lifetime warranty at our location. Our technicians are highly experienced, trained, and certified. We have the latest tools and equipment to repair almost any vehicle. And we have top notch customer service that includes a free shuttle. We apologize that you might not have had the best experience, but we were very clear about how we charge the diagnostic fees.

Parts had to be ordered so the estimated wait time was 2- 3 hours. The vehicle was ready in less than 2 hours and that included an unplanned but needed oil change.
