They were able to diagnose an intermittent starting problem for me which gave me back my confidence in the vehicle. However, they left me with some scratches on my steering wheel leather that they plan to repair if at all possible. This will require another visit in the near future.

They did a nice job with the body shop repairs required. There were some initial issues with communications between the team at David Taylor and my State Farm agent. Also, some delays attributed to not getting parts delivered in a timely manner. Some of the office staff could use some pointers in providing friendly customer service.

I've only interacted with the service department not the sales times, but the service department is very honest about what needed to be fixed and didn't need to be changed. Won't pressure you into getting a certain service done with them and upfront about cost as well. A bit on the pricier side but it's an official mopar service shop so that's expected.

I DEFINITELY LIKED THE QUICK OIL CHANGE SERVICE, HOWEVER I WAS TOLD BY JEEPWAVE THAT MY SON HAD 3 OIL CHANGES AVAILABLE ON HIS JEEP. THE DEALERSHIP SAID WE DIDNT HAVE ANY LEFT. IM CONFUSED BECAUSE I CANT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER. THIS COST ME OVER $200, AND THEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $800 FOR A BATTERY. THAT SEEMS EXCESSIVE.

I made advance appointment. Early arrival so I would not have to wait very long. It ended up being 2 1/2 hours. There is no excuse for the time it took to do oil change, tire rotation and software update. Have to think long and hard before I bring my other Truck in for same service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership.
