I'm giving it 3 stars but I only have my other vehicle service to compare it to and it's hard to beat Frank Kent Cadillac. I'm used to being greeted at my vehicle and I drove into David McDavid Service expecting similar but I actually had to leave my vehicle on the drive and look for an advisor to help with my appointment.
Cadillac service is 5 star so that's my comparison.

The service is horrible! They have my car for almost 2 weeks, zero updates and not 1 returned phone call after I left messages for the service rep and/ managers for over a week. I eventually showed up and cancel the services not yet completed to get my car. At that time, there was still no explanation, apology etc for no returned calls or incomplete service.

I gave this dealership a chance to earn back my business after some questionable repairs were performed on my current Ford.
They got me in the door with promises and as most dealerships do, they changed the deal and wasted my time.

The wait wasn't too long. My only issue would be they put the wrong sticker inside my vehicle that lets you know the next oil change datewhich led me to believe service could have been rushed or a mix up of services on vehicles. I can only hope things were done right

The service was terrible. The car was left a mess with garbage from service scattered inside and seats left in prone position. They assured me that both batteries would be replaced and only replaced one battery. It was near the end of Saturday and they seemed very inconvenienced .

Went in for an oil change and also got a tire rotation. Service was great but had to subtract one star because all of my tires ended up being under inflated, even though they rotated them. I had to swing by discount tire to have air put in all 4 tires. 3 of the 4 were almost 10psi under.

Coupon for the oil and rotation service. Had a couple lug nuts that were 'swolen' and they wanted $250 to remove them... hard NO! Removed all the '2 piece junk' lug nuts and replaced them with 1 piece quality nuts myself. After 10 years of service there, may find another service location next time.

Took the Expedition for minor suspension repairs as well as maintenance items. They took 4 weeks to get the parts approved and the work done. I picked it up, and no maintenance items had been done. I had to take the vehicle somewhere else to get the oil change, balance, rotation, and alignment. Yes, after they worked on it they did not align the vehicle again.

Extremely disappointing service department. No quality control, no follow-up, and a complete lack of communication. Calls are ignored, and issues go unresolved. Even when a vehicle is brought back a second time for a problem they failed to fix correctly, they still won't review their work or provide any updates.
