Excellent service thorough and timely. I do wish that after the regular maintenance the print out would state what was checked for fluids and the levels. Brake pad wear and tire wear. I'm pro active if things need changing I would have it done before the next inspection so there wouldn't be a fail and wait for repairs.

I was disappointed that they charged me for a tire rotation. I purchased 4 tires their previously and tire rotations were supposed to be free. I explained that I wasn't supposed to be charged but the service staff said they had no way to do a refund. The service technician said That I should think about buying new tires... I just bought the tires last year with only 15,000 miles on them.

Since buying the vehicle, I have installed a trailer hitch and trailer wiring system. After researching online all the information about my model, Santa Cruz trailer hitch installation. I came to the conclusion that all the information was wrong. I took it to the folks at Darling's Hyundai and the correct parts have been ordered. Very happy with their diagnosis and their communication.

They were great about communicating with us every step of the process. It was a process because there was a wait on a part due to it being a back ordered recalled part. They were fantastic about updates when they had them. I would go back and have them service my truck anytime!

My vehicle was damaged- they scratched it on the front and the back badly and didn't say anything. I have complained and they are fixing it for me. This service center has always provided kind but incompetent service.

I was charged for an oil change even though my mileage was below 36000 miles. They gave me a credit but never provided a credit for the tax I was owed. They said they did a multi point inspection but didn't provide paperwork. They said the software was down. Usually I receive it hand written so it seems it bit questionable.

I was on vacation Thanksgiving week, my Hyundai broke down. I went into Hyundai first thing Saturday morning, with no appointment. So the representative hooked me up with Michelle at the front desk and although they had no cars, she found me a loaner. My car was done and ready to go by Monday morning. Great people, fast and reliable service. They guarantee all parts for as long as the vehicle is on the road. insurance quoted me based on pictures, when the service department got deeper into the dismantle, found more and more that was damaged (deer strike) they dealt right with my insurance company directly. no hassle for me!! Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
