I had dropped my vehicle off for servicing. I get to work and get a call, a family member was being rushed to the hospital by ambulance. I called Darlings to see if they had started working on my vehicle. They had, I explained what was going on, they put my vehicle back together for me and immediately sent the driver to pick me up. They were all so kind.

I liked that it was fast, coupon, friendly, and enjoy the shuttle to the local Walmart. What I didn't like was my car didn't get washed or vacuumed shout out to Raymond and Jason(could be a little more talkative on the shuttle time!)

My SUV was towed in from another shop that unsuccessfully attempted to make a repair. Ben and others in the service department were courteous and professional in all of their communications. The mechanic fixed the problem and it's guaranteed, parts and labor, for two years.

Had a warning message on dash about brakes. Darlings "diagnosed" the problem and told me it needed a 4 wheel brake job for $1500. Took it to another shop, turns out there was a pad wear sensor out of position and damaged. Front pads were not even 1/2 worn out yet. Fixed it with an $8 part from the parts store

It wasn't what I ask for they did not rotate tires and did not torque the lug nuts "refused" I went somewhere else for this with no problems Stop looking for things wrong so we have to spend more money and do what is asked. Your labor rate should take care of a lot without complications. I will not return for my regular check ups
