I wish there was one positive thing I could say about Darlings, but there is not. I've been lied to multiple times, there is no such thing as a quality mechanic anymore, just "technicians" that have no creative thought. I brought my truck in with 4 issues, only 2 of them were rectified. Mind you it's an hour drive to get there, and with the cost of fuel it's a huge waste of time and money.

Terrible. I have had the vehicle less than 1 year and supposedly needs over 4000.00 worth of work due to an oil leak issue?. The list is very long . They advised me to keep a bottle of oil in my car. ? Charged me 200.00 to tell me that . That's more than my dr makes an hour with 12 years of college.

The service which was supposed to be free ended up costing 125$ My wife asked why when they dropped the car off and the gentleman was extremely rude. Once again Darlings showed me exactly why I will never give them anymore of my business. I've purchased my last 4 cars there. I can promise you, I'll not be returning .

I liked nothing about my experience. I took my 2021 jeep rubicon in for an oil change, to see why my sway bar light was on and to fix my front charge panel that wasn't working. I also asked them to look at my passenger side heater because that was blowing cold air. It took so long for them to "research" my issues, I ultimately told them to stop. I sat there for 6 hours. They had no loaner for me to get some lunch. They didn't offer drinks or snacks except for a vending machine. For $175 an hour to "research" my issues, you can give me a snack and drink. The wait room was uncomfortable and I wasn't kept up to date with what was going on with my jeep. In the end, I paid $800 for an oil change. They didn't even fill my fluids. I checked them when I got home and my antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid were basically empty. I'm not even sure they changed my oil. As soon as I started it up my change oil light came on. They never figured out my sway bar and I had to drive my jeep with the sway bar disconnected for my 8 hour road trip the next day. They said they fixed my front charge panel but they did not. It still doesn't work. You'd figure after having my vehicle on the lift for 6 hours they could've fixed at least one of my issues. I also got charged $175 to change my oil because it was all together. Terrible service. I will drive the extra hour to find myself a new mechanic next time. I absolutely would not recommend Darlings.

Darling's was very unmotivated about selling a car to me. There are no new car prices on the website and when I asked for an out-the-door price for a specific vehicle, giving them specific details, I got a run-around: "What features do you want, what kind of a payment can we get you into, etc." THe used car center was worse. On a Monday I asked about 3 specific vehicles. On Thursday I got an explanation about why the 3 weren't available, but he'd look into it further, but was going to be out of office until the next Thursday but would look into it then. I contacted a different dealership (~90 miles from my house) on a Wednesday, they answered my specific questions, and I had a brand new car in my driveway on Saturday. It just felt like neither Darling's new car dealership or their used car center really wanted to sell me a car.
