Excellent service. Even though they're significantly further away than another Lincoln dealer that is much closer to me. That closer one in Shrewsbury acted unprofessionally at our last service encounter, and because of that, I'll never go back to them. I've had nothing but excellent outcomes at Dana.

I was having problems with my dashboard screen on my 6 year old truck. I got an appointment right away. There was an update download that fixed the problem while I waited. Cost was 1 hour labor. Easy. The only complaint I have is the $10 extra on the bill to use a credit card.

It's always a great customer service experience at Dana. I enjoyed the fact that they come and pick up your vehicle, take it for service, and return it to your location. They save you the time to going to the shop and waiting until service is complete. Besides, they make sure your vehicle is thoroughly checked and all safety issues addressed before returning the vehicle. Above all, it is cost effective.

From the service writer to the technicians I always receive excellent service at Dana. I also purchase and lease my vehicles there. Sales makes it easy pick your vehicle sign and go you don't waste all day going back and forth do your homework know what deal you want and the will tell if they can do or do better. No complaints from me.

I WENT THERE BECAUSE MY WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID WAS NOT COMING OUT ONTO THE WINDSHIELD. EDDIE TOOK A SPECIAL INTEREST IN MY PROBLEM AND QUICKLY FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS ONLY A DAMAGED HOSE RUNNING FROM THE WASHER RESERVOIR TO THE PUMP. THEY REPLACED THE HOSE AND I WAS ON MY WAY. NO CHARGE. IT WAS ALL COVERED BY MY WARRANTY!!!
