The technician ran a battery check and told me that I needed a new battery. I had just purchased a new battery three weeks ago at a different location. I took my car to the place where I purchase the battery and they tested it, it came back fine. I almost was asked to spend a good deal of funds to replace a perfectly fine battery.

They recharged my air conditioner and tested it. I felt I was charged fairly. The only small thing is that I struggle to change the time on that Forester 2x a year. The time change just took place a few days prior, my clock was wrong, I forgot to mention it, but would have loved if they noticed it and changed the time.

I had to bring my car in for recall service and my advisor David Dempsey was the best! They had to end up keeping my car for a little over a week but David made sure I had a loaner car immediately. I had to end up bringing my car back because a hose burst but David made sure they quickly worked on my car and had me right back out of the door in no time. What service, thanks David!

they were wonderful in assisting me with a car issue while away on a trip. They were able to perform the work in time for me to continue on my trip without any problems. Danperkins went above and beyond for me!!! Besides fixing my valve body for free and giving me a free fuel injection cleaning, they showed me things that needed to be serviced on video. They did not try to up sell me on any services. They did not lie about things I didn't need. Great team They have!

The waiting area was very clean but many folks did not take off their coats because it was cold in there. I appreciated that I received a video of what was needed to be done to my car and that the person that checked me in came over when I called him to further explain everything and what it would cost. I was grateful to have received the postcard with discounts and that I was able to use it during this service.

I have concerns and I address them all to David Dempsey and he stayed in touch with me while I was waiting by wave of text messages, he totally treated me with respect. At the end of the service, he explained absolutely everything to me. David is an exceptional employee and deserves to be recognized. One thing I always look for people is eye contact. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me it would take almost 4 hours. I could have made alternate plans. But no communication at all. I finally went to ask about it. I could see that my car was ready, but my service manager wasn't there so I had to go back and wait some more. Frustrating.

- some unnecessary recommendation were given such as wheel alignment

This was a surprise visit when a message popped up on my screen yet still I got fast service. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even took time to fix my headlights (which was not on the original work order). Going above and beyond! AND they have a "quiet room" where I could do my reading instead of being subjected to television! My first time at their new location and I love it!

Service tris to sell me items I didn't need and also failed to diagnose my problem, telling me tires were the issue causing the intermittent thumping. If it was tires the thumping would be constant. Then I had to argue to get the diag fee waived since I was getting work performed based on their findings.
