I went in letting them know that I only wanted an oil change and could only afford that currently. The team member came out to me and said the recommendation to get new air filters. The bill was already added up. I said no. If a customer comes in and strictly says this is what I can afford, stop trying to upsell. Listen to the customer!

All I ended up doing was spending money wasted time offering to tell me it was my floor mat that was causing an issue. So my car still is not fixed and now there is damage to the the rental. They never did it walk around vehicle before or after I brought them until back and my car is still not fixed

On Phone scheduler said recall service would be about 45 minutes, when arrived for service technician said it would take about 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Service actually took 2 hours. It would have been nice if they updated customer at 1 hour and 15 minutes and said it will be longer to finish as we also had other appointments to get to.
