They were willing to work with my tight time schedule when I had an intermittent non-start problem. They did several diagnostic tests until they found the the problem (not obvious) & were able to fix the problem. I will continue taking my Jeep to them for service.

Very fortunate. Called on a Thursday afternoon to make appointment for my Tahoe and was told I could bring it in at 8 am Friday. Usually a 2 to 3 week wait. Tahoe was fixed as promised. Earl was great! Just needs more help. He was running around trying to take care of everyone and everything. Thanks Earl and mechanic (s) for getting it back so fast!

It took a month to get my truck in. But once it was in, they changed out my faulty transmission quickly and worked with me and the lifetime powertrain warranty to get my truck covered.

everything was done on schedule and with my coupon a good price. I did have to check that stuff was reset and tires were topped off and found tires not done but they wished it away and came back all done.

Everything was great. I couldn't believe I had to wait 2 weeks for an oil change though. That, I didn't like. Maybe hire some more help? Because of the wait, I wouldn't recommend.

I left my Cruze with Dan Cummins hours early ( 8:30)for it's appointment time (1 PM). When I returned after 4:15 they hadn't even started on the oil change on my car. I ended up waiting a future 1 1/2. They did comp the service, but this wasn't the first time this happened.

After the engine light repair, same light returned for 2 nd time within 2 days, kept my vehicle for another 6 days then offered to replace the entire exhaust system for $1200. One tech was friendly, the rest of the staff is overworked and understaffed.

Got a phone quote for $370 for work on my Buick. I scheduled an appointment . When I arrived I verified the price and found out the price was $520. Needless to say I did not have the work done,
My advice is , Verify the price before you have them do any work on your car.

They identified the problem and fixed my brakes, but they charged me $500 for a part that was widely available from GM certified part stores fir $300 or less. And i needed 2 of them! Car dropped off on a thursday, i okayed work on Friday but never heard anything the rest of that dsy. Called Monday and was tild it would be done byvend of the day, but then wrong parts arrived and had to be reordered and then finished that Tuesday.

I am very pleased with the service department. They were willing to schedule an appointment quickly because my Jeep had become completely unaccessible. They performed a thorough diagnostic service to ensure that there were no hidden problems: the problem was caused by a defective battery, which they replaced. I am happy with their service & their explanations of the problem. They are customer friendly & competent.
