They were fabulous! Marvelous! Wonderful! Terrific!!! I worked with Adam. He kept me informed every step of the way while they had my car. I had to have an engine replaced. They originally told me it would be 4 - 6 weeks, but it was only 3! My next vehicle purchase will be from Dan Cummins, just because I was so pleased with their service department! What a pleasant experience this was!

My car has never driven this good. So glad that I took my car into Dan Cummins instead of taking it to the dealership in Danville, KY. I appreciate the professionalism of Adam in the Service Dept and the young man that drove me home was very polite and respectful. If I purchase another car, it will be from Dan Cummins.

Service associate informed me i had an oil leak and that they could not perform an oil change without first running a diagnostic check to determine the origin of the oil leak. I would think an oil leak could easily be discovered without a $167 diagnostic test. I have no evidence of an oil leak at my house on the driveway, nor has there been a drop in oil pressure or indication of oil lost on the dipstick.

I had free oil changes from when I bought my truck from Glen Ford back in 2018, when Pinnacle bought them out they honored it, but you all chose not to when I picked up my Ford Saturday morning for my oil change and tire rotation. You have lost a long term customer

It was a little of a rough start the weather had them coming in later and the first service guy seemed to be a little aggravated but as we went on his spirits seemed to lift . Then when I picked up my truck everything was fine Jonathan explained everything and was very friendly . All in all a good experience.

My service was great. But no one informed me the dealership had been bought out before I schedule my service. I had previously been getting free oil changes for life with the purchase of my vehicle so was a bit disappointed with the management and the fact that was not related before hand.
