My 50K service AND brake replacement was a little (a lot) outside of my price range, but TJ helped me break it up into what needed to be done and what could wait in order to fit my budget and keep me from panicking too much about the whole thing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Got my car back with no hidden fees or big surprises that weren't in the initial estimate.

Had an extended warranty issue and the team dug into the details, huddled to figure out the best way to handle the situation and came up with a great solution. These folks were professional and customer oriented. This was a fantastic outcome and I'd recommend this service team to everyone.

I was very happy with my service and the fact that the technician and service advisor took the time to discuss issues with my car's battery's. They were really helpful and kept the car over the weekend to observe the situation. With their help. I've now managed to make my son quit worrying about the safety of my car. Thanks so much!

Never again. Complete mess, and no organization, or knowledge, of what is going on. Tires weren't rotated. Keys couldn't be found. Cash not accepted after 6 (although they're open til 8). Credit card fee. No inspection video (like other dealers). No oil sticker on windshield. Going elsewhere from now on.

Ryan and Carlos helped out during our visit. Both were communicative and helped resolve the issues we had with our car. When Ford would not accept a warranty claim for our brand new car with an issue Ryan and Carlos worked to troubleshoot the situation. While we are really disappointed with Ford and will not buy another Ford vehicle, we are so grateful for how kind and friendly the service center was while we resolved our issue.

Mass confusion. Took my car in for transmission check. When I arrived they informed me the mechanic was on vacation. Never call me to cancel. Followed appointment took all day although the car was checked they didn't call o r texted me. Wasted a whole day. I wouldn't recommend they ever.

Technician thoroughly did a good job I had an inspection performed as well as the oil change. The tech pointed out some problems that I could not see. He was able to show me the problems and explained the issue with our being too technical. Since this is an old car, the parts are hard to get and the tech explained how to be careful to ensure the part does not fail completely before parts arrive.

Third appointment to get defective window gasket replaced. Previously ordered parts incorrect. They seem to have re-replaced a front one that was already fixed, and did nothing with the rear one that had been ordered 3X.
