On this visit they were very flexible fitting me in knowing that I have just the one car. Had they not been able to complete the work they would have rescheduled. Thery also made a follow up call the day after to check on how the car was driving.

Dale's Auto was very over price. I do not recommend anyone to go to them for services. They tried to charge me close to $2700.00 and I went and got 3 others estimates for and they was charging me 1300.00 to 1400.00 for the problem. I believe they were over charging me because I was using snap pay

BEWARE!! I brought my truck in with 3/4 of a full tank of gas and picked it up with less than 1/4 tank 2 weeks later with NO TRUE diagnostic outcome. I don't know why people think ALL women are oblivious to mechanical situations. Recommended changing my fuel pump when I told them my truck dies with no warning. I DON'T recommend that any women use their shop.

Yes , we ran your vehicle which consumes fuel. Your concern - intermittently kills. We ran you vehicle to try and duplicate your concern. We spent a lot of time trying to duplicate but we were unable to do so. We do not just throw parts at vehicles. We duplicate concern , so we can properly diagnose it.
