They lied to me about the wiring on the back of the pichup . I am 76 yrs old when they claimed there were bare wires , I laid down on the floor and examined the wires ,there were no bare wires. I am a former appliance technician so I would no what a frayed or bare wire looks like.The wiring looked like the day the pickup was manufactured. This truck is kept in a heated garage and not driven on salty roads.

Brian and the service lady /Team at Dahl Motors did an "excellent" job serving my car. They checked everything, and mentioned my oil pan had a slight leak and recommended I talk to there mechanic on getting a estimated cost to replace and possible scheduled repair. Always very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Service was done within the allotted time. The online scheduling of every half hr is misleading of when actual appointments are based on the hour. Recommended to the service department that this needs to be resolved.

I told the technician I wanted a new battery installed as I knew the original from. 2017. Without asking me a battery performance test was conducted and charged. Then the new battery was installed. I will be taking my GM cars to a different dealership. Sneaky!

Another oil change...this time for the pickup (or corvette!)...excellent service as always. Might want to have the corvette looked at again...squeaky/ noises around one wheel. Might bring it in soon to have it worked on...tired of the "sqeaky sound about every time I brake for anythiing...when driving slowly to a stop sign, etc.

Ron the service manager was able to schedule me in and fixed it, so I wasn't late for my appointment. Dahl Motors has always given me great service. That is the reason I bought my new car from them and asked for Dan Delany for the salesman. I knew he would take good care of me. I had to buy a car the day after my husband died. Dan was very companionate and to good care of me. I went from a 1979 Lincoln to a 2020 Buick. There was a lot to learn. I love my car & Dahl's!!!

Took my car there for an oil change. Check engine light came on the next day. Later that week my car wouldnt start. Had to have family member determine the problem for me. Turned out that they didnt reconnect a hose to my motor. Possibly causing permanent damage.
