The service person acts offended to pressure you into accepting a higher price. They'll say things like after shooting that video for you, or taking these photos for you, that's your offer, as if those tasks are above and beyond the job description. Offer given was a couple percent below market price. The psychological manipulation is a huge issue with this dealership.
