I inquired on vehicle to purchase and had follow up questions prior to driving 4 hours to view vehicle and rep never responded. Then another rep from organization responded to another follow up inquiry in which he proposed a face time call in which he would show two vehicles I was interested in purchasing. We scheduled date and time and againno follow through on their end with no call/viewing of vehicles made.

Initially I was told the F-type was available. Later that day I was told the car was under contract. I was contacted by the owner who told me they are ready to help me find a car. After submitting another request without response I gave up on this dealership.

The service person acts offended to pressure you into accepting a higher price. They'll say things like after shooting that video for you, or taking these photos for you, that's your offer, as if those tasks are above and beyond the job description. Offer given was a couple percent below market price. The psychological manipulation is a huge issue with this dealership.

Bad location, unclean dealer room, offered me $5,000.00 less for my trade then the deal I got 2 days later, felt like he was trying to steal my car in the trade, would never go back, never recommend to another person to shop there! Salesperson was very unprofessional looking in his dress.Never offered to show me the car I had an interest in, never saw that car, or any cars!
