I got a bolt in my Tire 20 minutes before 6 PM. Drove to Levin Tire & Service Center, Crown Point asked them to check it out. They said I could leave the car and they would get to it the next day. That won't work for me. I drove down the street to DWR Tire & Auto, they were also closing. But they did stay and fix my Tire. Thank you DWR Tire & Auto!

I am giving them a 4 star only because I did not receive a phone call when my car was finished and I had to wait till the next morning to pickup my car. In their defense they said they called but my phone did not ring or receive a voice mail. The service itself I am pleased with. The car drives straight and does not pull to the side anymore.

I went in and asked their opinion on which tires to choose (because these guys tell ya like it is) so I made an appointment the next day and they mounted, balanced, and checked alignment within 60 minutes. REALLY like these guys!!

The employees were very polite and profession and helped explain everything they did in detail and why they needed to do it. Prices are reasonable as well; I will definitely be going back to them next time I need another fix!
