A simple oil change wait was very long took car home next day notice oil under my car took car back to shop and they tried to charge me to fix a seal and replace the low oil

Excellent service. The technician was courteous and promptly took my car for inspection. He gave me an update on additional work that needed to be done by importance. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes, all work completed to my satisfaction.

A general lack of urgency. Only two vehicles in the hole shop, including mine, but the service guys just stood around. What should have taken 15-20 minutes took almost 45 minutes. Nothing Kwik about anything. I inquired about all the check points listed as completed, but did not see any of them done ??? Good thing I maintain my vehicles !

When my car did not pass state inspection, they locked my ability to get it reinspect. That was not a requirement from the state. They did it because they manually did it. That is so wrong.

I was there for a state inspection so nothing too involved but I could see from the waiting area that they checked everything. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. They are always very polite and professional up there.
