Bunch of crooks You wanted to change me 2000 bucks for front axel's which I did not need. You rotated my tires but you Didn't tighten my lug nuts. I went to the Kia dealer and they tightened them for me. Shame on you Never going back to you not even for my free oil changes.

I've always had good service at Ford in Eatontown. I know it usually takes 1 hour and a half to have my oil changed, so I prepare myself to stay a little longer. They always have excellent services. From the front desk to the body shop.

Quality of service is excellent. However, my second try at scheduling an oil change and waiting for completion seems inordinately long. The service team does an inspection of the vehicle, and they did identify a need to replace the brakes in the near future, but it took 3 hours for the inspection and an oil change despite an appointment for the service.
