On Saturday- they do only oil changes and rotation. When I told them to check few issues with the car - no one told me that they will not do anything today. Its only after I get the car back they tell me that I need to come back on a weekday! They also charged me $10 for some weird processing type of charge for doing nothing!! Never going there ever again for service!!

Even with an appointment, and I arrived on time, it took almost 3 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took 30 minutes just to check me in, at which point they said I was 7th in the queue. I had an appointment! Why wasn't I first in line? The people were nice. The system is broken -- don't give me an appointment if you can't do the work in a reasonable amount of time.

Timely, attention to detail related to my vehicle, hence making recommendations of items to be considered outside of the appointment criteria for which I am there. Ease of transportation to/from work while auto is being serviced. Consistency in keeping customer aware of what is taking place regarding the servicing of your vehicle.

I arrived before 8AM for my 8AM appointment and left at 11:20. This should have been a 90-minute experience. If you cannot accommodate a dozen cars at one time, don't schedule so many. This is not the first time I have had an excessive wait time. I am marking "yes" I would recommend this service shop because "maybe" is not an available option.

Paul the Service Advisor was great informed me every step of the way when getting my car serviced. Eduardo the Technician informed by video as to what was needed. I always ask for Paul and Eduardo when booking my service. They are excellent And I was warmly greeted by Lisa the General Manager, who is the best.

No one answers the phone, your offered to leave a message or holdbut then your sent to answering machine regardless!! The calls are not returned or possibly after several hours they'll call you. I tried to contact service manager and there was absolutely no wayleave a message is a joke. My advice definitely go elsewhere!

The car service and the in-store experience were very good. However, when I made appointment for the car service I didn't get the time slot I wanted. I repeated my preferred timeslot but the receptionist on the other side of the phone kept getting the wrong time.

They were seriously backed up that day. Also, they should start considering giving loaner cars if they are looking at 3-4+ hours of downtime. The service specialist could use some people skills training as the attitude was not at all welcoming given they were poorly scheduled that day.

My wife went there instead of me. The original goal was simply oil change. After the inspection, they suggested several extra items, like more expensive oil and wheel alignment. My wife agreed without fully understand those items are recommended only, not a must.

Took my RAV,4 back in for a new radio since my original one kept blinking out. On my way home a buzzing sound came out from area around rario. I was going to bring it back in yesterday but the noise seemed to stop. Then late yesterday it started again and stopped again. I will keep track on the noise and if it continues without stopping I WILL be bringing my car back in again.

Went for 35000 service. Still having trouble with heads up & radio blinking out. Service did a reboot to radio heads up & stated if it didn't work they ordered a new radio that would be covered until warranty. Suggested cabin filter replacement which I will have done if I need to return for the new radio.

Service has remained excellent and consistent for the five plus years I've been a customer here. Always friendly, professional and very accurate with pricing. They recently expanded the waiting area. Very comfortable and enough outlets to keep my device(s) charged while I wait.

Got the service done and changed all 4 tires. The next day one of tire pressure sensor goes bad , went back to dealership. And was asked to pay for the sensor. I am sure sensor got broken by one of technician working but I had to pay 250 next day on top of 975 for tires. I see that as wrongly charging.

Kevin, the service rep was excellent. Best I have had since I purchased the vehicle. Work done on vehicle outstanding. liked the idea, t h ey used Lfyt car service to take me home and pick me up when car was ready. Thought the service bill was pricey!!!

Worst experience of visiting a Toyota dealership. I will NEVER go the DCH Toyota dealership and share with my friends not to go their. The are rude and not caring. The did not inspect my car, they did not do an alignment and DID NOT CHECK MY TIRES.

It took very long and was much more than I expected. It turned out that the gas cap was loose. Word to the wise, when you check engine light goes on, don't panic, check the gas cap. This happened to me a very long time ago. If it still goes on, go to service station or dealer. hey were thorough and kept me informed, but still cost over $200.

They said they couldn't find out why my heads up screen blinks out on its own actual statement was thy couldn't repeat the condition Also I have repeatedly complained about air leak in drivers side rear door they could find anything wrong with seal in door

Ease to schedule and nice waiting area but can't believe it took 3 hours for a regular service with no updates during the process. I had to go and ask for updates several times but no clarity. Just disappointed with the amount of time it took for the service.

The tire pressure sensor gives false alarm, because the sensing thresholds were set wrong. We had all services done at the same dealership, and have no possibility to change the settings by ourselves. They did not admit that and had charged our $100 for just setting the number to the right values. It was very unprofessional!

I have been going to DCB Brunswick Toyota at North Brunswick since 6 years or so when I purchased my car from there. I have been observing a consistent decline in the customer service at their service center. This time the service advisor was rude, and I had to keep asking him about the ETA. It took them nearly 5 hours to do basic oil change, tire rotation, battery change. Pathetic service and rude staff. I would rate zero if I could.
