We've been customers of DPat for 34 years; we've bought Honda cars since 1990 from DPat motors, and have always received excellent service there. I think the Honda Corporation should go back to their original(?) motto "It's hard to beat a Honda." At least I think that was a slogan back in the '70's.

I needed a few recalls issues to be cared for. When I received the car back, several things were not put together and there was damage to the seat. I actually got on YouTube and put everything back together myself. I'm not sure what to do about the seat. They deny ever being around it. Smh

I have had my car serviced there since I purchased vehicle in 2011 and I have purchased all my replacement tires, etc. from you. I was surprised to be charged for tire rotation and when I brought it to the cashier's attention, she was pretty rude. Said I'd have to sign for full charges then go to service desk to see if they agreed I shouldn't be charged and then bring her paperwork and she'd do a credit for the tire rotation.

Made an appointment and went to do a couple of chores. They contacted me on my cell phone and notified me that the car's service was complete witin a short period of time. The charge was reasonable and correct for the service despite folks stating the charges would be excessive not true at all i highly recommend the service with this dealership for good honest service for ur vehicle.

The staff are polite and respectful plus they explain things well. They always let me know when my car may be unsafe, such as needing brakes replaced this time. Nolan who worked on my car did a great job. He always takes care of my car. He gets the car done as efficiently as possible. I been driving to work to Louisville, KY for now 13 years and I have never had any problems or break downs. I had a engine leak but that was fixed as soon as possible. You hav a great mechanic!!

Good per repair. Poor per communication. Arrived on time and was told repair would be two hours. At two hours I checked and was told they had no tech and would be on sometime that afternoon. No call, nothing!! Had to have some one come get me. A wasted day. When checking out to pay, no apology: no nothing!! Should this happen again, I wont ever return. The experience was a joke.

They was fast and professional at getting my cable reel replaced in my 23 Honda Civic. It was making a noise and they had it ordered and replaced in a day. They also provided me a shuttle ride to work while they fixed it. I love the shop department but their sales team is a bunch of liers. I wouldn't buy a car from there but I would have one serviced in their service department.

We had the motor to the sliding door of our van replaced. We had this appointment schedule nearly a month in advance, but a day or two before that we got a maintenance check on our car, so we called them up to ad that to our visit since we live about 50 miles away. They accepted the extra work with no problem and were finished with everything working in about an hour. That was most appreciated!!
