Cypress Coast took care of my recall in less than a week. I have been trying to get Salinas Ford for over a year to get the job done. After a year they told me I was 28th on their list and I should call the number on the recall notice. I won't be going back to Salinas Ford.

The service advisors do not call you back. If you happen to call when an advisor is available they will gladly help you out but I have received zero return calls out of 15+ messages left. The Service Manager also does not return calls so it makes sense that the rest of the department behaves the same way. It took over 10 months to complete a driveshaft recall which is why I left 15+ messages.

I was in for something unrelated to my tires and was told my brakes were bad and my rotors were warped needing replacement for approximately $1500. I know what bad brakes and warped rotors feel like and got a second opinion. My brakes are fine but had I believed the service adviser, I would never have known the scam. And they lost my lug lock.

Service? What service?
Repetitive calls and messages for a week. Not once called back. Eventually I just refused to hang up until someone spoke with me. All of this for a single ignition coil on an 2021 $80k F-150 Tremor with <3k miles. Still not fixed.

Ricardo at Cypress and the mechanics took amazing care of my car and of me. The and shop replaced a bad battery in my 2020 Escape, which was covered under my wa!rranty. They completed my oil change Ricardo got the Uber App on my phone for me. I have a new faith in Cypress Coast Ford Lincoln!
