Without any reservation or hesitation, my experience at Custom Complete Automotive (NIFONG) was seamless, informed, and engaging. From the time I checked in with Kyle S. to the work accomplished by Technician Thomas R. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Two new tires were purchased on this visit and recommendations on tire purchases were greatly appreciated. The matter concerning brakes was not completely resolved and they are still working on a resolution to stop the "squeal" but there was no charge as parts were still under warranty. Dedication to get the job done right and done well came through over and over again. I rarely take my Lexus back to the dealership and rely on Thomas R. to advise me and work on this vehicle. I am very satisfied with the relationship I have cultivated with these two persons at this store.
