Mounted tires (as well as doing regular service and alignment, all fine). Did not correctly balance one. Did not notice leaks around valve on two of them. I had to spend $100 elsewhere to correct the problems. Tires are not their specialty. All else OK.

Service was quick and thorough. The man at the front desk was polite, friendly, and professional. I was informed by text and video about the results of my car's inspection, and told how long it would be to finish the service. I was also told what the cost would be for the service. Everything was done in a timely manner. I cannot think of anything that I disliked.

Great new tire service. Ellen was so helpful getting me the tires I wanted. They were discontinued but she went over and above researching the replacement from the manufacturer and ordered them for me. It only took a couple of days and got them in and balanced just in time before à planned trip.

A DCM bypass was installed. This was after 8 months of constant dead battery problems. I truly believe this problem could have been corrected when it started. This was also when I received a letter from the Subaru Company describing this exact problem. Back then the solution given by the service department was to stick a Trickle Charger on it. For 8 months I effectively had an Outback EV.
