The customer service girl, have to admit, forget her name. Starts w an "A". Had come in and recheck it in a few days. All good. Wish I could get a clone of the on I have!!??? Made appointment to have oil change. Drove in the snow to get there. Waiting for almost an hour in the waiting room. Then service tech told me they couldn't complete the oil change because they didn't have the oil or filter. Complete waste of my time.

Everything went fine. No issues whatsoever. I dropped off the car and they explained what service was ging to be done and the estimated cost. I them got a text notifcation and video walk around of them working on the car. It was a nice touch. I hadn't gotten that before. They called when the car was ready and explained everything one more time and I just picked it up. Very thorough and courteous.

I couldn't believe the people that were working on my vehicle. They had no idea how to reattach the skid plate three people and still couldn't do it for over a half an hour. This is a $50,000 plus vehicle for Runner TRD pro and I don't believe they were Toyota certified technicians Pitiful

Curry did not answer my questions properly. the first time I question something about my battery I was told it was the "satellite" and that it "happens to everyone once in a while" well it was the battery which was recalled. They do not treat woman well.

Had to bring car back for the THIRD time to fix a problem that I had already paid several hundred dollars to repair. On the third time back, Curry then said it needed another part and although they waived the labor fee, they charged me an additional several hundreds of dollars to fix the problem that I had already paid for. Completely unacceptable. Have been a customer for decades. Will not return.
