Service charges are becoming outrageous. We had service done and then other service offered. If you get a part in the shop they charge you double what i would pay if I walked into their self service parts place and then handed it to the technician. This is not right. I can still recommend them but if this continues I will certainly ensure to do all my service elsewhere.

My tire was losing air and service said there was no leak or anything wrong and sent me home after hours. Next day the tire was totally flat. Not happy. Went back Tuesday and tire was replaced.first time I had a problem with service so I still would go back for any future issues

The only thing I like was the free cappuccino. I arrived and my service advisor was not welcoming at all. I left my car and went to wait in the lobby area for 2 hours. When my car was ready and I drove off I noticed my oil change light was still on, I had to turn around and go back for them to turn it off. It wasn't a good service.

Fast, reliable, convenient. That is my 4th Acura with Curry Acura. Used to have TLX, 4 cylinder, great cars. Now have RDX, comfortable, powerful. A bit thirsty and that is why I still miss that sedan. But the service have been great all these years since 2015.

i like that i was able to wait for my car in the waiting area. However, I did not expect to pay $102.90 so much for just an oil change. Additionally, eventhough my car was already vacuum, my car was still clean/vacuum, the money under my mats disappeared during this service.

Regarding the oil change cost, many modern vehicles require synthetic blend oil, which tends to be more expensive but helps protect your engine better and improve performance. We strive to provide transparent pricing and quality service. We offer the Oil Change at $94.95 with a free hand car wash plus tax. This is a fair price in our area.

Service consultant was courteous, very professional make a complaint was that Andre from that screen the clock doesn't stay on permanently. It keeps switching to the map. GPS apparently it seems to be a bug in the system with Acura and they couldn't do anything about it. Also that battery charger is not effective enough.
