The service work I had done was fine, but my vehicle was damaged while it was in your service department. The service department employees would not take responsibility for causing the damage. They blamed the damage on me so I have to use my insurance company to pay to get my SUV repaired. I will have to pay my $500.00 deductible . I do not want to come back to your dealership for service .

The repair work was excellent. Troy kept me abreast of all work being done. Completion took longer than expected because some parts had to be ordered and delivery times were slow, but certainly no fault of Cumberland KIA. Overall, extremely happy with the quality of work done to my Toyota Tundra pickup truck and would certainly not hesitate to use them again should the circumstances arise!

I have had oil leaks for months due to oil changes. Apparently the plug was stripped. Oh we tightned it up. Needless to say oil all over my carport. Just a nasty mess. Finally I told Suzie she had the oil.pan changed immediately. It should have been replaced months ago. Thanks to Susie she is the best.

They really took care of me. They gave me the loaner car that I needed. They worked to get me the approval from Kia needed to replace my transmission under warranty. (It was the third time my car was in there for the same problem.) They were accommodating and kind. I very much appreciated being taken care of.

I was on a trip from Johnson City to Nashville. I got caught in a big storm. My check inginge light came on and my car slowed to a crawl. I looked up where the closest KIA dealership was and found Cumberland Kia was just a few miles away. They took me right in and fixed my car and had me back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone.
