The personnel team in the service department works very hard. Customer service is excellent. Best of all is the skill level demonstrated by every service technician. You communicate with the mechanics and perform very good work. It is expensive, but very reliable. I choose to be broke rather than have my car break down on the road.

Morning I had a very scary experience last night going home from work. My truck engine light came on and the vehicle started vibrating I stopped and checked the coolant on oil and there was no oil in the engine. I had to walk a few blocks to a gas station and purchased 4 quarts of oil to get home. I need to bring my truck back so you can check it make sure nothing is wrong with my truck.

I bought Kornerstone prepaid coverage when I leased my car and I need to use it. While you eventually took my car, the process was very difficult. 2 staff said they didn't handle these claims and the 3rd person was able to help. Please provide training or a point of contact overall.

I was the first buyer, completed the test drive, and was ready to purchase the vehicle. However, the dealer sold the car to another person behind my back. I was ignored the entire day while they were taking a deposit from someone else and completing the sale with that buyer.

I bought a Groupon deal and called them to confirm that they were be able to oil change & tire rotation for my Mazda cx 30 and they said yes. When l arrived there they tried to change me extra because they are not servicing other brands, even though website was not saying anything about it.

Expensive diagnosis, refused what would have been a $2200 fix, turned out their diagnosis was incorrect, which they would have discovered after charging 2200, then it would have been another thousand to get it done. Glad I said no and fixed it at home for $300 and a little grit

Great place and welcoming team. Service was good however the actual tech don't actually top off all fluids because i got low windshield wiper fluid less than 1k miles from Service. I had to return to the shop 3 times and I did not receive the correct service each time. The situation is still not resolved after many promises that it would be and I was never contacted as they said they would. At this point I have no confidence in Culver City Toyota's ability to fix my issue successfully or honestly and will have to find another shop to complete this repair.

I took my car for an oil change. They did a tire rotation and checked out many points like brake pads too. I had a coupon from Groupon, so had a great discount. It took three hours, but that was ok, because there are many restaurants around within walking distance. Highly recommend!

In general, the service process was fine and on time. However, driving back home, I noticed the settings in the instrument panel was showing a different display. At home, I reviewed the paperwork received and read that the mechanic was accessed it and changed it, something that I did not ask for. If the mechanic needed to reviewed the settings, at least he should have put it back as he found it.
