The service person, Felipe De Latorre, was very helpful in going over what was done and what the car would need to have done in future. He also apologized for the long wait for the service to be finished, although I was expecting a wait and had brought things to do.

Had issues with them leaving a part out on the first repair which took many hours, then had to bring it back for them to determine that which took about hour and a half, then they had order a part, then they installed it which took most of the day. Fortunately, I had a ride or that would have been several very long days. And, fortunately, I was not charged for the extra work!

I'm glad that they recognized that my 12v battery needed to be replaced before I went on a road trip. I was mildly annoyed that the radio and clock needed to be reset after service. The clock is probably because of the battery change, but the radio? I was disappointed that I was there for about 2 hours.

Efficient service, including oil change and tire rotation. While waiting, I received a text which included a video which pointed out a possible tire pressure gauge problem. I was able to give permission to replace it, if necessary through the text sent to my phone. Crown Toyota provides excellent service.

The RAV-4 battery kept going dead. The relatively new battery tested fine, so a computer update was done. Hopefully, this will fix the problem.

Excellent service. Need for new brake pads and rotors required an overnight stay for the car. Fortunately, the free shuttle service was available to get me home and then back to Crown the next morning.

The service staff are always very professional and helpful. I like the new text messaging system. The only improvement that I can think of is, like other dealerships, they would give the car a quick vaccum while there. :)
