They wait until after I had signed all the paperwork to tell me that I would only be getting one key fob initially. I would have to wait for Toyota to send me a notice to get the second one. Two months later I still have not gotten the notice. This is deceptive. They did not tell me up front that I would only be getting one key fob.

We apologize for this! Explaining the second key recall campaign that we are dealing with currently to our customers is definitely something we try to bring up during the sale and not after, and your frustration is definitely the main reason why we don't want that info slipping through the cracks! That it did was a mistake, but we will offer that we will likely be able to manually search for your VIN and confirm that we can get your 2nd key in advance of the recall letter that you will get from Toyota. We will attempt to do that in order to minimize the time spent waiting for it as much as possible!

I'm approaching 100,000 miles and brought the car in for service. They provided me with an estimate for flushing out the transmission, brake fluid, etc. They changed a light bulb next to the license plate and charged $120. I'll take it to a trusted local shop for a better price on the work.

Professional and courteous service. Diagnostics revealed battery was getting low, so they replaced it. After the complimentary car wash, I could dry my car in the warm garage instead of outside. The waiting time was in a quiet and comfortable showroom with coffee and snacks. I rave to my friends and family about the great service Crown Motors offers me.
