Crown Lexus try to sell you services you don't need, they told me i need new sparkplugs badly at a cost of a $1000.00, what they did not know is I had new plugs installed at Lexus of Riverside few months before. It was a total scam when I tried to complain to the service manager he was very irritated and it seems he is the head of the scam.
