Long story short, I needed a key fob replaced and another dealership that I bought the vehicle from was to pay for it. When I emailed the manager from Crown Crystler Jeep to move forward on this they refused to contact me back.

Billy and his team did an excellent job. Our water pump, fly wheel, etc. needed replaced. We are so glad we bought the extended warranty. The repairs were covered. We just had to pay a $100 deductible. Work was completed in one day. We picked up the car the next morning. We were very pleased with the great service Crown provides!

Dustin Litteral, our service advisor has been very helpful in making sure our car is properly maintained. He recommended tires that have made the riding experience much better. Also it was recommended that our battery be replaced. Thank you to Dustin and his teammates. We like getting our Dodge Durango Citadel serviced at Crown!

We had a terrible experience with Service Department. It took 3 weeks to get the parts & SUV serviced. There was poor communication throughout the process and the check engine light came back on after we picked it up. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I was not treated with the dignity and respect that I deserved from Tyler Ramsey. He failed to communicate with me and had me sitting in the waiting room for 6.5 hours for my vehicle repair. He did not offer me the shuttle, therefore I unnecessarily missed an entire day of work. Additionally they didnt even wash my vehicle. I saw that other vehicles that were serviced were washed.

Terrible. When rebuilding my engine per a recall notice they did not seat something correctly in my engine and gas was leaking into my cabin. We called for a week straight with no call back, until we reached manager. The managers tone was annoyed that we even had this issue or if the issue was even real. Kia is terrible and I cannot wait to get a Honda.

Everything was great except.....the exterior was dirtier then when I dropped off my truck for service. I was under the assumption " EVERY VEHICLE BEING SERVICED ALSO RECEIVED AN EXTERIOR WASH ". If this is policy, someone drove my truck through puddles of water causing dirty splash on the exterior after the wash.

The service center didn't write up the details of repair so the jeep sat most of the day. After the service manager knew what the problem was it couldn't been done until the next week. Est cost 350.00 and would be the third time I paid for the same repair. Instead I ordered the part for 10.00 and installed it myself in one hour by taking out the glove box and replace the blower resistor.

I was picking up my Brother while he was dropping off his vehicle for service. I spoke with Ty Ramsey about a recall on my Ram 1500 and he entered VIN and found another recall. Ty wanted to take care of my recalls that day but I was happy he could schedule for the next day. I was very pleased.

Dustin Litteral did a great job of servicing my needs. We were tracing a rear-end rumble. He took a test drive with me, confirmed there was a problem and proceeded to order parts and get the rear shocks replaced under warranty. No fuss, no muss, just prompt professional service. Crown treated me like they want my business. I told them I what I wanted and they responded by saying they want to be my service provider. I accept. They did a recall for me and rotated my tires. They also washed my car. Great service in my opinion. Thank you Crown!

Excellent customer service. Quintin was the man at getting my car in and taken care of quickly. The dealership as a whole was stocked with very friendly employees and a very clean well kept location. I will be looking to get more services done by this certified dealer.

Ty Ramsey and Crown Motor Cars of Dublin have taken care of me and 4 different Jeeps over the course of the last decade. Ty is extremely knowledgeable on all things Jeep and Mopar, and the service technicians are great at what they do. My service has always been completed in a timely manner and to excellent standards. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Crown and have them serviced there.

Ty Ramsey at Crown Jeep has been taking care of my Jeeps for over 8 years now. I have full faith in him and the service team at Crown. He will tell you exactly what you need to keep your vehicle running in excellent condition. The work is completed on time, and for a very fair price. They dont cut corners; their service is top notch!

I was told my issue wasnt under warranty. It was caused by rust that might have formed from not driving my car for a long period of time. I use it practically every day so thats not possible. Seems like it was from normal wear and tear, something the warranty supposedly covers

It was good at the time of delivery of vehicle for service but when it came to a call back because some of my vehicle tail lamp needs to be replaced that are covered under warranty, there was no response even though i gave many calls and left voicemail
