Ultimately I got a good deal on the vehicle however they initially tried to significantly under value my trade in. This was despite having another valuation from different Cadillac dealer. I had to really be aggressive in the negotiation and threaten to walk out before they agreed to the true trade in value of the vehicle.

My car was taken in promptly. The service technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I wish there was more parking at the dealership but that can't be helped as there is no more property available for them to expand to.

The drop off date was supposed to have a loaner ready and one wasn't available for an additional 4 days. 8 days total for replacing a TV screen and flushing the radiator was too long. The work was done well but the service department needs to get significantly larger to meet demand or consider overnight staffing to increase efficiency.

I purchased my 202 Cadillac XT5 last March from a used car dealer. Big no-no. Had issues from the very first day. Bought it to Crown Cadilla to be repaired. Ssince then have relied on them. John in the service department explained to me the car was still under Cadillac extended warranty. They have been gracious and wonderful. And theloaner is the 2nd reason I'll keep going back - less stress about taking time off of work to get there!

I originally went to the GMC dealership in Union, where I usually go for service and repairs.... but as I was driving by Crown I decided to get a second opinion as GMC wanted 2000.00, which I thought was high.
