Liked- everything ran well after the oil change and tire rotation. Dislike- was told the cost would be $135.00. When I check out it was $189.00 with nothing extra done. In fact there was a $8.00 miscellaneous charge that couldn't be expanded to me. Seems like an added charge. Wasn't happy about that.

I had taillight out and brought it to Crown after some other company tried to tell me that I needed the whole assembly at a price of over $1200.00. The lamp was replaced for less than half and there was no need for a whole assembly. Got something else fixed that was probably going to cause issues. My bill from Crown was still less for taillight lamp, oil change and sway bar issue.

My car was brought in many months ago and they broke something on my car that makes hot air blow from the drivers side with or without any AC heat etc being on. I have taken it back multiple times now they are saying good luck nothing we can do. The Service dept manager and the GM never returns your call. I would NEVER take my car there again! The best dealer to go to for service in Metairie. Easy to make the appointment online. Service advisor, Frank, was ready for me and had my car done the same day. All service I asked for was completed and they even did the multi-point inspection. Was even able to use my GM Rewards points for some of the bill. Wheel lugs were all torqued to spec (I always check when I get home). Will always go to Crown for service.

I have had an ongoing issue since I brought my car in during the summer and they broke something. I have taken it back multiple times and it is not fixed. They will not call back etc/ This time I was 4th in line and they didn even work on my car until everyone else had been taken care of that came after me.

The people were friendly but I felt the shop took way too long. They took seven days. Should have taken not more two days as the part was in stock. I had to be in a rental for 7 days. Cost me over $500 for a small "midsize " car. My repair bill deductible was $200. Cost me more for the rental than the repair. Not good! They said they didn't have a loaner.

The salesperson Brandy was very professional and I was very interested in purchasing the car, but the sales manager Nick came over and proceeded to try and bully me into revealing my bottom line. Quite rude. They stuck to the advertised price, did not come down a bit and undervalued my trade forcing me to walk away. And in addition had handling fees close to 1000 dollars. What a shame.
