Had a recall on my truck. Theu picked it up for me and dropped it back off at my house. Was such an easy and hassle free process plus at no extra cost. It was a quick software update recall fix and theu even did a full inspection and a video of the breaks/pads, tires, and rotars showing theu were in good condition. Send small recall they've done for me and the service was top notch!

Convenient service while headed home on vacation. Made the appointment the prior week & got it done on the return trip. Everyone I was in contact with was very pleasant. Inconvenient is the fact that quote 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change & 5 tire rotation.. Took right at 2 hrs which is rather ridiculous for something that routine, with an appointment pre scheduled. It wasn't just me two other individuals were there for oil changes & it took that long or longer for theirs to be complete..
