I took my Forester in for a noisy AC. Turned out to be a bad compressor. They had me up and going in 2 days, even after my third party extended warranty provider wouldn't cover my repairs. As a helpful piece of advice for whoever reads this, Don't use Endurance for an extended warranty. THEY SUCK!

Always excellent in every way. Plus they always offer a car wash which is the cherry on top. Most recent service visit it was pouring rain when we were ready to leave. A service tech brought our vehicle into the garage so we didn't have to run through the rain. Very considerate and unexpected!

Had the best experience here this time! The manager was so helpful and attentive. Him and the mechanics were very knowledgeable about what the issue could have been and didn't try to do extra stuff just to get an extra buck. They treated the problem at the lowest level and that meant a lot to a single parent who is also a Soldier during a government shut down. Would definitely recommended.

The service technician did a great job. I feel like I waited too long but they did wash my car for me at no charge. The price quoted to me at check-in was different than what I paid. Somehow the discount promised was on the new price vs the old price I was quoted. A shell-game.

On a lighter note, the only thing I noticed the upstairs break room is getting scant and no doggy biscuits.
My dog loves the Subaru commercial with I believe golden retrievers or labs at the wheel. I believe she wants to be on the commercial. Great service in Fayetteville Nc

I'm still having issues with this battery that was replaced in Oct 2023. The battery died at the dealer on 6/28/25. In sum, it has died on me 4-5x this year and left me stranded today while running issues. I have been reporting battery performance issues with this car since Aug 2023 and the repairs aren't sufficient and the true diagnostic problem is getting repeatedly missed!
