Horrible. They told me I had a bad camshaft, that it would cost 5000 dollars to fix it and a bad alternator (it is not I had just changed it). Thank God I picked up my car because all it needed was the camshaft position sensor per the code. I would never take a car back there for service.

Over charged and I don't think they actually did everything , what they were ask to do , the engine check light was not reset , when I asked them to reset it one particular mechanic acted like he did not know how so , I had to do it myself so I felt like the service they were asked to perform was not actually done and the fluids were not topped off. They were not very professional at all are very well trained mechanics.

The man who checked me in was not very professional. He told me that if my engine blows Hyundai wont cover it because I waited 16,000 miles for an oil change. I had one in November. He was just condescending. When I picked up my car it was a smoother process. Different man. Polite and professional. Kirk???

The service was good and the service manager very friendly and personable. I would caution people about the prices for repairs and to shop around. For instance, Cronin wanted to change my rear wiper for $54 when it costs $14 for a new wiper and can be snapped on in less than 5 minutes.

Excellent! The service department at Cronin Nicholasville has improved a million times over. This was not the case when Cronin initially took over awhile back; in fact after my first two visits there I was NEVER going back. I caved in an emergency situation & glad I did. Give them another chance.

Great service, as always. I planned to camp out in the waiting room (I was without a ride) while a few seals were replaced on my vehicle. Since it was going to be an all day job, the service manager made sure I was able to get home and get back to the shop by the time repairs were finished.
