The Service Writer Gail was very friendly. She got me checked in and showed me where the waiting r.oom was. Gail kept me informed during my appointment and made a recommendation for critical brake repairs.

Excellent service to the car (oil change and tire rotation).
The day before the car received the service, the car was washed. It arrived to Honda perfectly cleaned.
After the service, the car was washed at Honda with dirty water and it had dirty windows. If the car was perfectly cleaned upon arrival, it should not be washed, especially if the car wash was not properly done.

I had the all wheel alignment service scheduled. The service was completed in less than 2 hrs.The service person was courteous and updated ne through text about the progress.
For the payment, they had this 3%charge in using credit card which was not convenient , Hope they change that.
