I brought my Jeep in due to inconsistent ABS & ESC light coming on. I initially advised that my vehicle was under Endurance Warranty. Upon the completion of your teams assessment, I was told that there were approximately $5,600 worth of repairs required, which after taking it to a preferred Endurance vendor, the Criswell recommendations were determined is not warranted at this time. Thus I found it frustrating that my vehicle sat for 4 days without a resolve until I stepped in and took it somewhere else.
I won't say that I won't be back, but if there is warranty work involved, I will take it to an Endurance preferred vendor.
