John Thatcher is an amazing guy he always provides with what I need in regards to transportation and service. My experience at Crevier BMW was subperb. Starting with Paul who is very professional and knowledgeable. Luis was also amazing. And polite and very detailed in explaining the the features on the loaner car I was provided with.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful and professional. What a great experience.

I love that they have oil service deal, I am disappointed that their techs didn't do a complete overview of my vehicle like they said they did. They completed oil service, brand new tires and alignment with review of vehicle. Had to comeback due to black liquid leaking couple days after.

Service Advisor Caduillo and the professional mannerisms and attitude with me, and I am sure all of his clients. I have had Mr. Caduillo as my advisor since 2019 and has given me wise counsel regarding my 2014 Z4. With my last service call he saw me waiting for a loaner and took some initiative and assisted me out to the car. Cannot beat that.

I'm concerned, I was told my brake fluid needed to be replaced. Prior to coming in I had no service icon lit on my dash.....no it's lit in service mode. This happened before with my last service and I blew it off. NOW I'm thinking maybe something else may be going on....Not good

Problem with the black plastic A-pillar covers. White spots. If the service technician had closely inspected the spots he would have seen they are below the surface which reflect a manufacturing defect, instead he blamed me the customer. The car has appearance protection.

The level of professionalism and knowledge from the service advisor to the technicians is superb at Crevier BMW. I needed a new front tire that blew out due to a large pothole on the freeway. After replacing the tire it failed the alignment and the tech quickly discovered that it was due to a bent control arm. He changed the control arm and was able to successfully align all the wheels.

Buying the car was fine. But support after the purchase is making me regret buying from them. There's a problem with the Electrify America charging app not connecting with the bmw app and after many calls and emails to both bmw and electrify America they say they don't know what is wrong and there's nothing they can do! What kind of customer service is this! I'm at my wits end. No one is taking responsibility for this issue.
