Service was good but I did get a flat tire on my loaner and was charged to replace the tire with a new tire on a car that had 15k miles. This was non negotiable with the service team at Crevier which was surprising since I was a new customer and a loyal BMW driver for 30 years. I will not be going back for this reason.

I worked with Jack yesterday for a recall item, ended up doing a tire rotation and alignment. He was kind and informative and didn't hard sell anything unnecessary. The tech Paul (Apollo?) sent a video that was extremely detailed about my tire and brake wear, alignment, and what kind of remedies I will need in the future (rotors etc) and explained exactly why with visual evidence. It was very helpful.

I had a great experience at BMW Craviere. They fixed my car and took care of everything smoothly. They washed it, fully charged it, and returned it in perfect shape. Jr. went above and beyond for me. He made sure I got an extra day with the loaner car free of charge. He also went and got my car for me when it was ready when the cashier was backed up.
