Not this time but last time I had my oil changed the fluider was cracked and I didn't know it at that time when I left there I took it was done properly and the next day I lost all of my oil and went back over the next morning and they replaced it and fired the guy ! But this time is was done like it was supposed to be done ! But William the service manger is still a great boss!

I've never had such a hard time communicating with a dealerships service department. They didn't answer their phones, they didn't answer their voicemails AND I had no problem contacting the sales department of course who left messages for service for me that went unanswered.

Wanted rear heat shield, bought and installed. Gave me some B.S. about the brackets having rusted away. There are no brackets, just studs on body, and nuts that hold heat shield in place. Did oil change. Less than 500 miles since last change. Installed factory recall. Did rear brakes. Rotated tires. I usually don't bother rotating tires.

My experience was TERRIBLE I still do not have my car I paid $1900.00 and the same things that were wrong with it when i took it were still wrong. Have been dealing with this for over three weeks. I have not heard from them said they had to order parts, one excuse after another I am beyond frustrated.

More like 4.5 because the service rep was professional and had the few issues I noted and the PM handled very well. They were investigated and I got a through explanation of what they found - basically normal changes to the exhaust system over time. Downside: They now have a surcharge to use a credit card which was not in any communication I got before the appt. Had I known would have paid by personal check which they accept.

Took it in for engine light. Too expensive for such an easy fix. Didn't look at anything else. $189 for just an all around inspection. But didn't even top off liquids or check to see if I needed new tires or "hey you'll need new spark plugs". Just concentrated on just the money aspect. Not pleased Cresmont

Was informed of service being performed, estimate and time of completion. Warranty information was shared and what services are covered. Waiting area is very accommodating: coffee, water, popcorn, snack machine, magazines,board games,tables and comfortable chairs.

Brand new car heated seat broke, took in for repair and did wrong seat, took back for another appointment to get proper seat fixed and was told no parts in stock after taking day off for repairs. Still waiting for parts and seat to get fixed. Also trying to get a live person on the phone on service is very difficult. No loner cars ever available .

I asked them to check my tires that kept showing they were low despite my refilling them. They said they were fine. After the problem continued I took the car elsewhere and they quickly found a screw in my tire. They definitely should have noticed this since they said they rotated my tires and I specifically asked them to check and told them it kept going low.

All good except the tire pressures were not adjusted per spec after rotation. The rear tires are supposed to be a few pounds higher than the front per the placard in the driver's door . Id expect Genesis service to adhere to that spec.
