This shop is very professional and to the point. I like that they do not try to up sale us on things just to enhance their bottom line. They check what is needed and they review current recalls for our vehicle so things do not slip by that the manufacture will cover and we might over look or not get notified about. They explain things in a way that my wife and I both understand.

Crest Ridge Tire is my go to for my automotive needs. These guys know what they are doing and I have never had a bad experience. They treat me with respect and listen to me when I tell them what is wrong with my car. They do everything possible to diagnose,find the problem, fix it and get me back out on the road in the time they say. If it takes longer they let me know as soon as possible but it usually isn't longer than they say.

They pulled my car in just as soon as I arrived. Tire rotation was done in perhaps 15 minutes. The tech pointed out some tire wear issues that would necessitate a four-wheel alignment (now scheduled) and that I'd be ready for new tires about the time winter begins. I appreciated the advice and extra attention.
