Great salesman and closer. Did not like that the price of the vehicle was quoted over the internet and then the salesman added a couple of thousand dollars for additional features that were already on the car. Also, I was not given a full tank of gas after I paid $40,000 for a truck. I do not blame the salesman, rather company policy.

Every time I try to fulfill a service I PAID for when purchasing my vehicle, there always seems to be the small print of why its not covered or cannot be done. I have paid Crest Nissan over $30,000, with a large amount of that being warranties and additional coverageseach visit feels like a burden. I really wish I hadnt bought all the additional packages, because I cant even use them half the time!

They rotated the tires but did not reset the TPMS, so now the TPMS constantly shows low pressure. Also I asked for them to check the interior lights which weren't working, and they said they would, then they did not. This happened last time as well. I ended up trying to replace the fuse and that fixed it. It would have taken just a minute for them to try that. I was told it would take a day to figure out.

Everything is automated with no room for questions. They charge too much for the service relative to other garages but you're locked in because the diagnostic is 200$. Which they take off if you agree to the exorbitant service.
