It was the dirtiest place I've ever been to especially the waiting area. So I didn't stay because I had my 1-year-old. Great-granddaughter with me. I ended up going to Sewell Cadillac. And it was so beautiful and clean. It was shocking to see how dirty it was at crest Cadillac. I will never, ever ever ever ever go back. They should take more pride in their place of business I. Also have a video because I think that needs to be shown.

Unhappy and sent service advisor that handled my service a complaint and I just received a response that my concern was noted. Basically I had been in previously and was not notified about my brakes being in the yellow and so this last service cost me $4500 for pads and rotors. Unacceptable service notification!

No communication at all. They had promised that my car would be ready on Thursday. At 5:00 pm I had not heard from them so I called and they told me my car would not be ready until the next day. I reminded then that they had promised that I would have the car that day. After a lot of negotiation back and forth they were finally able to deliver the car around 6:30. This seems to happen every time I have service done.

It was supposed to be pick up and delivery. Far from that. My car was obviously done as it was covered with dust when I picked it up, but I was never notified servicing was complete. Picked up Saturday, finally got it back the following Tuesday after calling twice to try to find out if it was ready.

Always terrible service! They have never acknowledged me when I get my car serviced, they never call back. I can never get valet service because they never answer the phone. I emailed and called over a week ago to get a copy of my contract, nothing. These people are simply there to collect money. They are greedy and sick in the minds with selfish pride.

I like being able to have the same service advisor any time I go in. If you need a loaner car you need to make your appointment well in advance. I was able to get a loaner car that was just turned in which was GREAT because my car was in the shop for a week.

I did a walk in for an issue with upholstery. Jason took care of me in timely and professional manner. I was given a ride home while the issue was checked and fixed. Car was washed and clean when I went to pick it up. The dealership is clean and comfortable with large sitting area.

It took three hours to get an inspection. I was told that it didn't matter when I brought the car in.I was supposed to get a car wash, but if I waited another hour or more I would have been in the mide of ruch hour, so I took the car. Also settings in the car were changed.

Crest experience was good. I had no issues with dropping off my car - I had a time sensitive work meeting 10mins away and I was able to arrive safely and punctual to my meeting. My Alto car going to work was on time. My Alto car was a bit late returning to the dealership. I received my car cleaner and maintenance was done.

Quite a costly service experience what with being charged 5 hours of labor to install a new water pump on a 2019 Cadillac with 76K miles for a total bill of $1526. As a dealer, it is likely that the quality of mechanical service was 5-star but the high cost causes my rating to be 3-stars.

After prompting by Carfax to get my oil changed, I went in to a set up appointment. 30 minutes after arriving, the agent told me I could not get my oil changed until mid July because that is what was allowed under my pre paid warranty. Wasted 2.5 hours. I will never buy a prepaid warranty again, and will not buy from CREST. NEVER!!
