Too expensive!!!!!!!!!!! I like my service guy Greg Vetrano. He does a good job keeping me off the ceiling with your prices. You should not charge a service charge for using a credit card. You are supposed to be a luxury product and service, so act like it. I would only recommend you to a rich person that doesn't care about money. And the rich people I know are more frugle than I am, so it's not likely to happen.

I did not like the 4 hour wait to get oil change and tire rotation. What I did like is when I let them know they found me a car to go home to and they brought me my car later that day. Chase is my saving grace but he took great care of me. Thank you Chase.

I dropped my car off without a scheduled appointment due to the check engine light being on. Although there was no loaner cars, I received a ride to work. Once my car was repaired, I was picked back up from work to get my car. As long as Logan is available, my visits turn out better than I expect them to. He's the greatest at keeping his customers happy.

Logan has always been great to work with. I had a bad experience when I picked the vehicle up at approximately 5:30pm. Logan was off from work, and no one could find the paperwork so I could pay for the service. When I finally got the car it had not been detailed. I spoke to Logan and he told me to bring it back in for cleaning. Usually Crest is really a good experience. This is the first time this has happened.

Bryan Oldman took care of all services needed in a timely manner. Did a 4 year warranty also. Had emissions checked for yearly renewal and got that mailed in to get the sticker for2026. Saved me an extra trip locally to get that done. Alto car service took me home and picked me up later in the afternoon. Crest really takes care of their customers. That means a lot.

Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation and the service really did not take too long so I decided to stay in the waiting area for the job to complete. Shop was very clean as well as the waiting area. Satisfied with the job and cleanliness of my car after job. They even replaced a missing valve stem cover on one of my tires.

I bought my used Toyota Highlander from Glenn at Crest Cadillac - The battery was showing low within 2 days of purchase and he came out to my house and charged it. Went to the dealer the next day and they replaced it at no additional charge! Nice to see Customer Service is still alive and well at Crest!!!! Monica is a great Service Advisor!

I like the fact that Chase Ybarra helped me and and feel he is one of the best employees you've have, as far as customer service. Was little disappointed I did not get a print out of the safety point inspection, but after a phone call, Chase assured me he would email me. There was something down with the printer. Not a fan of your 3% charge for credit card use. I'll bring cash or check next time.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment. I assumed this meant they would be able to work on it at that time. Well, those two quick tasks took 2.5 hours for them to complete. Worse thing is I had to ask them about the status of my car after a couple hours. When they looked up my name, my car was already done. It would have been nice if they told me. Never going back here to get my car serviced.

It was the dirtiest place I've ever been to especially the waiting area. So I didn't stay because I had my 1-year-old. Great-granddaughter with me. I ended up going to Sewell Cadillac. And it was so beautiful and clean. It was shocking to see how dirty it was at crest Cadillac. I will never, ever ever ever ever go back. They should take more pride in their place of business I. Also have a video because I think that needs to be shown.

Unhappy and sent service advisor that handled my service a complaint and I just received a response that my concern was noted. Basically I had been in previously and was not notified about my brakes being in the yellow and so this last service cost me $4500 for pads and rotors. Unacceptable service notification!
